Edward Isabekyan was born in 1914 in Igdir town of Surmali District of Yerevan Province. By RA Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan's decision, Tamara Gevorgyan has been released from the office of RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs. Artem Asatryan has been appointed RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs. In accordance with another decision signed by the Prime Minister, Samvel Khachatryan has been appointed RA Deputy Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs.
