PM receives schoolchildren on book giving day

On the book giving day and the birthday of great Armenian poet Hovhannes Tumanyan, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan hosted a group of schoolchildren in the Office of Government.

The initiative to meet with the Head of Government came from the students themselves and was consonant with the theme of the day. They congratulated Hovik Abrahamyan on the Book Giving Day, read excerpts from the works of various writers and presented a book to the Prime Minister.

In turn, the Prime Minister congratulated the schoolchildren on the occasion. Hovik Abrahamyan urged them to continue to study hard and achieve success in their studies. The Premier said that the Government keeps providing new opportunities for the younger generation to get quality education and knowledge.

In conclusion, the Prime Minister thanked the students for a reasonable initiative and presented them with books. “We have reason to be proud of you, and you can build a stronger and mighty Republic of Armenia with good education and knowledge,” the Prime Minister said.
