Tigran Sargsyan and James Trushard Discusses Issues Related to the Implementation of Joint Projects with ‘National Instruments’



Today Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received president, co-founder and CEO of "National Instruments" company James Trushard. The Head of the Government highly praised projects of “National Instruments” in Armenia and stressed that the bilateral ties have recently been getting stronger.
Expressing gratitude for the reception, James Trushard mentioned that he is impressed by Armenia's exemplary policy in IT sector. The president of “National Instruments” said that it could have a serious impact on increasing our country’s role in the global economy.
Thereafter, the parties discussed issues related to the establishment of modern architectural laboratories at the Armenian State Engineering University and replenishing those laboratories with high quality equipment, as well as the possible activities of “National Instruments” at the Gyumri techno-park.
In this context, James Trushard noted that there are serious prerequisites for cooperation and deepening relations with SEUA, as the students of the university are well-educated and skilled.
Tigran Sargsyan said that Armenia is ready to deepen the cooperation with “National Instruments” and expressed hope that James Trushard's visit to Armenia will bring a new impetus to further development of the bilateral cooperation.
