The Board of Trustees of Pan-Armenian International Youth Center Foundation met at the Office of Government, chaired by BOT chairman, RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan.
Foundation Executive Director Armen Sinanyan presented to the BOT members the report on Pan-Armenian International Youth Center foundation activities and expenditures for the year 2007, as well as the 2008 action plan and the expenditure estimate.
By evoking the "Youth: reality and prospects" pan-Armenian youth conference as held at the Government's conference hall a few days ago, which brought together several youth organizations from Armenia, Artsakh and Javakhk, the Prime Minister pointed out the importance of creating favorable conditions and a corresponding environment for young people's self-expression and vigorous activities in different spheres. The BOT members presented their approaches and proposals concerning the achievement of this goal which will be summarized into a draft concept by the executive director of the foundation, account taken of youth interests and motivations.
