RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan congratulated RA People's Painter Hacob Hacobyan on his 85th birth anniversary. The congratulations message states in part:
"Very Honorable Hacob Hacobyan,
I warmly congratulate you on your 85th birth anniversary. By upholding and developing the best traditions available in the Armenian fine arts, you have built up a long record of remarkable artistic achievements most of which have found a permanent place in our people's spiritual treasury.
Your rich artistic legacy has been given high appreciation by the people and the State of Armenia and your truly unique works have since long been recognized in both Armenia and abroad. It would be impossible to name all your high-value paintings which are kept in the Armenian and foreign museums.
Dear Maestro, in congratulating you once again on your birthday anniversary, I wish you robust health, unfailing energy, as well as new creative achievements for the sake of the Armenian statehood's strengthened spiritual bases and the further development of domestic culture."
