President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmonov has sent a congratulatory message to RA Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan on his election to the office of President of the Republic of Armenia. The congratulatory message states in part:
"Dear Serzh Azati,
Please accept my congratulations on your election as friendly Armenia
's Head of State.Tajikistan highly appreciates the relations of partnership with the Republic of Armenia which are in the best interest of the two countries.
I am convinced that the multifaceted interaction between Armenia and Tajikistan will be given a new impetus on the basis of equality, mutual respect and advantage.
