On victory in Armenia's presidential elections, Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Secretary-General Nikolai Bordyuzha has sent a congratulatory message to RA Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan, which reads as follows:


"Dear Serzh Azati,


Please accept my sincere congratulations on your election to the high office of RA President.


I am deeply convinced that for Armenia's national security reasons and based on strong public support, you will provide for Armenia's dynamic development and prosperity by your active and fruitful work at the post of Head of State.


Highly appreciative of your personal contribution to the cause of building and strengthening the Collective Security Treaty Organization, I would like to thank you for continued assistance and understanding and express hope that during your term in office as President of the Republic of Armenia, you will keep on cooperating for the achievement of CSTO's goals and efforts aimed at ensuring international security.
