Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan receives the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy
Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan received the delegation led by Italian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Edmondo Cirielli.
Italian Ambassador to Armenia Alfonso Di Riso and Armenian Ambassador to Italy Tsovinar Hambardzumyan were also present at the meeting.
The interlocutors highlighted the Armenian-Italian political, cultural and economic cooperation, which has deepened even more in recent years.
The sides emphasized the warm and friendly relations between the Armenian and Italian peoples, which in turn stimulates the governments of both countries.
The parties noted the untapped great potential of the economic cooperation between the two countries, and also discussed the possibilities of its realization.
The interlocutors also exchanged thoughts on regional developments, emphasizing the need to establish peace in the region.
In this regard, the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the importance of targeted political statements and assessments.
