Dear compatriots
I congratulate you on the 18th anniversary of the independence of Nagorno Karabakh. Today each of us shares the happiness of our sisters and brothers in Artsakh who yearned for freedom and who celebrate their major national holiday – the Independence Day.
During these days 18 years ago, so much desired independence was formed with struggle, and now it is a country that has stepped on the way of progress: with successful national and public institutions, with a model quality of participatory democracy.
Every young independent country can be proud of such achievement. And in this proud moment we bow our heads in the memory of all those, who conquered the freedom and independence of unbending people of Artsakh with their blood and hardship.
Again, I congratulate you on your national holiday, and I wish the people of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh and our compatriots peace, prosperity and all the best.
