With your infinite kindness, thoughtfulness and womanly charm, you have always fostered an atmosphere of mutual trust and tolerance in our homes and in the society, as a whole. You would go shares with us in both domestic troubles and social responsibilities. Armenian women have always had a share in our drive to safeguard the national values, provide young generations with patriotic education and training. I am convinced that your growing role in public affaires will allow you to make a more tangible contribution to the process of developing our country and our State.
