As the Premier noted, Vahram Avanesyan was engaged in the field of economic research during all these years. He has assisted the government with the drafting of most important documents, including the new strategy for sustainable development. “He is well aware of almost all the problems facing the government, and I am sure that the shift will be as smooth as possible,” the head of government said.
