Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received outgoing US Ambassador to Armenia Marie Yovanovitch.

Thanking the diplomat for her tenure-long fruitful efforts, the Prime Minister wished her every success in future activities. The head of government expressed high appreciation of Ambassador’s personal contribution to the programs implemented in Armenia with the support of the United States.

In turn, Marie Yovanovitch described as quite productive the years of her tenure in Armenia and expressed confidence that the good dynamics of USA-Armenia cooperation will be upheld as her country is interested in the furtherance of bilateral relations.

The interlocutors took the opportunity to exchange views on the possibility of expanding cooperation, as well as on other issues of mutual concern.
