Deputy PM Tigran Khachatryan participates in an event dedicated to Builder's Day
Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan today participated in the professional holiday of builders and the jubilee event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Union of Builders of Armenia.
Congratulating the builders on their professional holiday, the Deputy Prime Minister highly appreciated their dedication and responsible work, emphasizing that what the builders have created and built will serve the public for many years, becoming an integral part of the country's image, development and progress. Referring to the 30th anniversary of the Union of Builders of Armenia, the Deputy Prime Minister highlighted the role of the Union in the development of the sector, expressing confidence that it will continue to contribute to the strengthening of effective public-private cooperation.
In his speech, Tigran Khachatryan emphasized that construction has always been one of the important pillars of Armenia's socio-economic development. In this context, the Deputy Prime Minister assured that in order to ensure the sustainable development of the construction sector and the implementation of new programs, the Government, in parallel with its commitment to expanding capital investments, will continue its work aimed at improving sectoral regulations and ensuring effective cooperation with the private sector.
The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Zhanna Andreasyan, Chairman of the Urban Development Committee Yeghiazar Vardanyan, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Levon Hovhannisyan, and Chairman of the Builders' Union of Armenia Vahan Harutyunyan also delivered congratulatory speeches.
The speeches were followed by the award ceremony.
