Chief of the Prime Minister’s Staff Arayik Harutyunyan met with Ambassador Vassilis Maragos, Head of the European Union Mission to Armenia.

The interlocutors highlighted the consistent development of Armenia-EU cooperation and emphasized the importance of consistently promoting the rich bilateral agenda.

Arayik Harutyunyan emphasized the fact of the EU’s assistance in the effective implementation of democratic reforms being implemented in our country, adding that ensuring the continuity of reforms is one of the priorities of the Armenian Government.

The parties then discussed the agenda of the inaugural Armenia-EU summit to be held in Yerevan in May, as well as issues related to the organization of the European Political Community summit.
