The regular meeting of the Management Board of North-South Road Corridor Project was held
Today, the regular meeting of the Management Board of the North-South Road Corridor, M-6, Vanadzor-Alaverdi-Georgian Border Interstate Road Rehabilitation and Improvement, Sustainable Urban Development Investment and Northern Corridor Modernization Programs was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan.
During the meeting, issues related to the construction of the 7-km Kajaran tunnel and the reconstruction of the approximately 4-km road approaching the tunnel were discussed. The results of the tender evaluation were presented for discussion by the Management Board, which were approved.
At the same time, reference was also made to the results of the evaluation of the technical proposals of the international tender announced for the procurement of technical supervision services for construction works within the framework of the Kajaran Tunnel construction project. The Road Department Fund was instructed to proceed to the next stage of the tender process, ensuring the opening of financial proposals, their evaluation and the final decision on the winning company.
At the end of the session, Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan made a number of observations on the issues discussed and gave relevant instructions.
