Stockholm Arbitration Tribunal satisfies Armenia’s motion in ENA case

The Stockholm Arbitration Tribunal, by its decision of June 16, 2026, fully satisfied Armenia’s motion to divide the proceedings into two parts: Liormand Holdings Limited and the Karapetyans v.
