The State Tax Service adjunct to the RoA Government is a republican body of executive authority, which performs supervision of the fulfillment of requirements of the RoA Tax legislation and other legal acts regulating tax affairs in accordance with law, prevents violations of the RoA tax legislation requirements, detects such violations, and so on.
