In accordance with Article 116 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and based on Article 70 of Republic of Armenia law on Legal Acts,

I hereby decide as follows:

1. The Republic of Armenia Ministry of Culture and Youth Affairs shall be renamed into Republic of Armenia Ministry of Culture.

2. The Republic of Armenia State Physical Culture and Sport Committee by the Government shall be restructured and re-organized into Republic of Armenia Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs.

3. Hereupon, Republic of Armenia Presidential Decree No.1063 of March 16, 2002 on Statement of Republic of Armenia Government Structure shall be amended to read as follows:


1) Paragraph 10 of Part I: "10. Ministry of Culture."

2) Paragraph 19.1 as added to Part I: "Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs."

3) Paragraph 9.1 of Part II shall be deemed as null and void.
