Based on Article 85 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, I hereby decide that:
I. the Government of the Republic of Armenia will be organized as follows:

II. Be it established that the following public governance agencies will be operational under the Government of the the Republic of Armenia pending the completion of the public sector reforms:

III. I hereby declare that the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia dated July 25, 1995, Ref. No. PD-456, "On the establishment of the organizational structure of the government of the Republic of Armenia" is to be acknowledged void, including any amendments made thereto subsequently.
IV. The present decree will come into effect as of the date of its publication.
