RA Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan’s Congratulatory Message on Constitution Day

Dear Compatriots,

The Constitution of the Republic of Armenia was adopted this day 22 years ago. Not only did this document symbolize our newborn statehood, but it also laid solid foundations for the formation and development of a constitutional framework in Armenia. The role of the Constitution is invaluable in the development of our country as a democratic, legal and social State.

We all have a lot to do today on the way to constitutional reforms. I am convinced that we should be guided by the idea that the supremacy of the Constitution depends on both the authorities and every citizen. We all have to feel responsibility for the future of our country and work every day to build a better future.

Reiterating my congratulations, I wish to assure of our firm determination to enforce the Constitution and the rule of law in our country.
