Over the past 25 years, the interaction between Armenia and China has developed significantly, which was reflected in the high-level political dialogue, effective cooperation in the international arena, the positive dynamics of economic cooperation, and the expansion of cultural and educational exchanges. I should note with satisfaction that the development of Armenia-China interstate relations proceeded under consistent efforts and effective joint work of the governments of the two countries.
I am sure that the Armenian-Chinese economic cooperation has considerable potential and, with the aim of stimulating and developing it, I am ready together with you, Mr. Prime Minister, to make joint efforts in the interests of our countries and peoples.
I wish you, Excellency, good health and success, and the friendly people of China - happiness and prosperity.
