Honorable President of the Constitutional Court,

On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and my own behalf, I am congratulating all the members and the staff of the Constitutional Court in your person on the 20th anniversary of establishment of the Constitutional Court of Armenia.

Invaluable is the Constitutional Court’s contribution to the reinstatement and strengthening of Armenia’s judicial system. This institute has a crucial role to play in the process of promoting constitutional democracy, enforcing the public order, protecting human rights and freedoms.

Over the past two decades, the Constitutional Court managed to win the trust of our citizens by endeavoring solely in the best interest of the constitutional order and the administration of constitutional justice in the Republic of Armenia.

I am confident that this key institute will continue to comply with its statutory powers enshrined in the Constitution in order to promote justice, democracy and human rights in the Republic of Armenia.

Reiterating my congratulations, I wish you ever new achievements and fruitful activities.
