Today the ceremony of signing the UN Development Support Program was held in the Office of Government, which is a five-year (2005-2009) cooperation plan for the UN agencies operating in Armenia. Today RA Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan has attended the start-up of construction work on Iran-Armenia gas pipeline and the inauguration ceremony of the Agarak-Shinuhayr second high-voltage overhead transmission line. Today the Jubilee Commission for Coordination of Preparations for 1600th Anniversary of Armenian Alphabet has held its first meeting presided at by Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan.
