Armenia, Russia Sign Cooperation Instruments
Attended by Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan and Russian Premier Dmitry Medvedev, the following documents were signed today in the Office of RA Government:
Director General of Roskosmos State Corporation for Space Activities Igor Komarov and Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Armenia Gagik Beglaryan signed an agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Armenia on cooperation in the exploration and use of outer space for peaceful purposes.
The agreement between the RF Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities and the Armenian Ministry of Urban Development on cooperation in the field of urban planning, architecture, construction, housing policy and housing and communal services was signed by RF Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities Mikhail Men and Minister of Urban Development of the Republic of Armenia Narek Sargsyan.
The agreement between the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare (Russian Federation) and the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Armenia on cooperation in implementation of international health regulations (2005) was signed by Head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare Anna Popova and RA Minister of Healthcare Armen Muradyan.
A memorandum on cooperation in the field of environmental protection between the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Nature Protection of the Republic of Armenia was signed by RF Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Sergey Donskoi and Minister of Nature Protection of the Republic of Armenia Aramayis Grigoryan.
First Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Alexei Likhachev and Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia Emil Tarasyan signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation between the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia.
An agreement between the Government of RF Vologda Region and the Administration of Armavir Marz of Armenia on trade-economic, scientific-technical and cultural cooperation was signed by Governor of Vologda Region Oleg Kuvshinnikov and Governor of Armavir Marz Ashot Ghahramanyan.
An agreement on cooperation between the Russian Agency for Insurance of Export Credits and Investments and the Armenian Export Insurance Agency was signed by Director General of Russian Agency for Insurance of Export Credit and Investment Alex Tyupanov and CEO of Export Insurance Agency of Armenia Vazgen Abgaryan.
The Addendum to the standing agreement N02-13-04 of December 2, 2013 between Gazprom Export LLC and Gazprom Armenia JSC for supply of natural gas to the Republic of Armenia was signed by Gazprom Board President Alexei Miller and Chairman of Board - General Director of Gazprom Armenia JSC Vardan Harutyunyan.
The two sides also signed protocols on amending the agreement of December 2, 2013 on the procedure of formation of the prices for supply of natural gas to the Republic of Armenia and the agreement of December 2, 2013 on the sale of shares and terms of future activities of HayRusGasard CJSC between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Armenia. The protocols were signed by Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Anatoly Yanovsky and Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Armenia Levon Eolyan.
