Board of Trustees of Rural Economic Development Fund Holds Regular Meeting
Chaired by Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Rural Economic Development Fund was held in the Office of Government. The meeting approved the reports on the implementation of the work program and the budget of the Fund for 2015. Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan noted the importance of effective implementation of all the investment programs in a timely manner.
Support for Border Communities
A regular Cabinet meeting was held today, chaired by Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan. The Government approved amendments to the state budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2016 and made changes in one of its previous decisions to provide state support for border communities in order to provide partial compensation to their residents for natural gas, electricity, irrigation water tariffs and compensation for property tax and land tax.
