Dear Women, I extend my heartfelt congratulations on Women' s Day. Each of us today addresses words of praise, affection and appreciation to you. It would be hard to overestimate our women ' s contribution to the re-instatement of the Armenian nationhood, as well as to the cause of fostering progress and prosperity in the country.
